Data is tabulated on the 15th of every month, summarizing the data from TWO months ago. For example, on April 15 2005, the data will be tabulated for the month of February 2005.
The monthly data is snapshot data: once monthly data has been tabulated, it does not change, even if later EDI files affect registrations in that month. Calendar year and fiscal year data are recalculated from scratch each month.
